Custom Orders

Got an idea you want brought to life? MSM Apparel Co. offers custom design work on a limited, case-by-case basis.

To request a custom order, email mudslutmafiawv@gmail.com with as much information as possible about what you're looking for.

Custom requests may include:

  • Hype Chains
  • Mini Mirror Hype Chains
  • Keychains
  • Cooler Emblems
  • Bulk Apparel Orders
  • Other custom products we may be able to create

Please include any applicable information with your request:

  • Design idea or concept
  • Product or apparel type
  • Sizes needed
  • Color preferences
  • Quantity
  • Reference photos or examples
  • Deadline or event date, if applicable

Submitting a custom request does not guarantee that we will accept the project. Custom work is accepted based on our current workload, production schedule, design requirements, and ability to complete your request.

We'll review your request and let you know what's possible, along with pricing and estimated turnaround time.

Custom Apparel & Bulk Order Policy

Custom apparel is offered on a limited, case-by-case basis and is not part of our regularly available apparel services.

1. 25-Piece Minimum

All custom apparel orders require a minimum purchase of 25 pieces. All pieces must be ordered and paid for together.

2. Design & Setup Fee

A design/setup fee is required upfront for every custom apparel order, including orders where the customer already has artwork or a completed design.

Customer-provided artwork is not always DTF print ready and may require resizing, cleanup, formatting, background removal, color adjustments, or other preparation before it can be printed.

3. Design Fees Are Non-Refundable

All design and setup fees are non-refundable.

This fee covers the time spent creating, preparing, editing, cleaning up, or formatting artwork and is non-refundable even if you ultimately decide not to proceed with your apparel order.

4. Final Proof & Written Approval Required

Before anything is printed, you will receive a final digital proof/mockup for approval.

You must approve the final design in writing before MSM Apparel Co. will begin production.

5. Full Payment Required Before Production

Your entire custom apparel order must be paid in full before we order apparel, supplies, transfers, or begin production.

Production will not begin based on verbal agreements, deposits, or pending payments.

6. Your Approval Is Final

By approving your final proof, you are confirming that you have carefully reviewed and accepted:

  • Design and artwork
  • Spelling and wording
  • Colors
  • Print size
  • Print placement
  • Front and/or back designs
  • Overall layout

Please review your proof carefully before approving it.

7. Custom Orders Are Final Sale

Once the final proof has been approved and production has begun, custom orders cannot be changed, canceled, returned, exchanged, or refunded.

The only exception is if MSM Apparel Co. makes a production error that causes the finished product to differ from the final proof you approved.

8. Changes After Approval

Any changes requested after final artwork approval may require an additional design/setup fee and may extend the production timeframe.

If production has already begun, requested changes may not be possible.

Approval to Print

Your approval to print means you have reviewed the artwork exactly as shown and authorize MSM Apparel Co. to produce your order using the approved design.

MSM Apparel Co. is not responsible for spelling errors, incorrect information, design elements, sizing, placement, colors, or other details that were present on and accepted in the customer's approved proof.

Once you approve it, we print it. Please review everything carefully before giving final approval.

All custom apparel customers will be required to sign and date our Custom Apparel & Bulk Order Policy Agreement before production begins.
